What To Have Ready

You do not need any of this to make contact, but having it to hand makes the first reply a useful one rather than a list of questions:

• Your legal business name, USDOT number and MC number if you have them
• How many power units and trailers you run
• Which states you are based in and which you operate through
• Whether your IRP, IFTA and state accounts already exist or you are starting from scratch
• Any renewal or filing date you are working against

What Happens After You Get In Touch

You will hear back within one business day. The first conversation is about scope, not a sales pitch. We work out which filings you actually need, which ones you are already covered for, and what it costs to hand the rest over. If a filing is something you are better off doing yourself, we will say so.

Who We Work With

Kunzler Consulting handles fleet compliance for trucking companies, private carriers and manufacturers who run their own trucks, from single power units up to fleets running through every lower 48 state. Some clients hand us everything. Others keep IFTA in house and give us the permits, or the other way around. Both work.

We are based in Utah and file nationwide. IRP, IFTA, Form 2290, UCR, oversize and overweight permits, state motor carrier accounts, titling and registration. If you are not sure whether something on your desk is one of ours, send it over and we will tell you.

Straight Answers On The Common Questions

Do you take over accounts that already exist?

Yes, and that is most of what we do. You do not have to start fresh. We take over existing IRP, IFTA and state accounts and pick up from wherever the last renewal left off.

What if I am already past a deadline?

Call 801-397-3063 rather than emailing. Late is a different conversation from on time, and the sooner we know the details the more options are still open.

Do you need access to my accounts?

For most filings, yes, and we will tell you exactly which credentials are needed and why before you send anything. What we collect and how it is handled is set out in our privacy policy.
